Full registration includes participation in all forum sessions, papers, lunch and refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks and networking drinks at the conclusion.

Accommodation is not included. If you are planning on staying at the Rees, a 10% discount is available to delegates subject to availability, when booking online via the hotel's website; you will be asked to insert a promotion code which is FFF2024. After you insert the promotion code, it will give you the discounted rates.


Payment options

You may pay by credit card or by direct bank transfer. In either case, we will invoice you first.

Cancellation policy

At the time of announcement (May 2024), all presenters were confirmed to participate. While every effort will be made to ensure their participation as advertised, this cannot be guaranteed.

Prior to 30 June 2024 : full refund less $250 administrative fee;
After 1 July 2024 : no refunds.

Booked places are transferable.
